Stacia D. Wright entered radio broadcasting a freshman at Oakwood University as the morning and afternoon drive-time host at 90.1 FM WOCG. She graduated with a BA in Communications and embarked on an impressive career that spans everything from film, radio, production, event management, on-air and on-camera talent to emerging media mogul. Wright is host and producer of The Stacia D. Wright show on 2016 Stellar Award Nominated Internet Radio Station of the year, BRITE Radio (www.BRITEradio.org), as well as, eighttime producer and co-founder and of the Annual International SONscreen Film Festival. At home, the mother of two produced “Ginneh’s Potty Song,” starring her daughter Ginneh which went viral and launched commercial work for them both. In 2005, Wright, owner of B. Reel Media Management, LLC. began her event planning business. She has produced many A list events, fundraisers and concerts including the DC Gospel Fest, Brian Culbertson’s Annual Napa Valley Jazz Getaway and UNCF’s annual gala. She also served several terms as Executive Director of Adventist Event Planners Association (AEPA). She is based in the Washington DC Metropolitan area with her family.
